Dear Parents/Guardians/Friends:
Thank you for entrusting your child(ren) with us here at the LTWC Kingdom Kidz Epicenter. In the approximate 1 hour your child(ren) spends with us our goal is that they feel the love of Christ and have a memorable experience that draws them closer to God. 
To ensure a safe, educational, and fun time that all can enjoy, we ask the following:

PARENT INVOLVEMENT

Parents are encouraged to serve at minimum once per quarter. Once monthly would make us turn cartwheels.
What does serving look like for Parents?
  • One Sunday, one service.
  • Sunday Opportunities: Teacher's Assistant, Check-in/Check-out, Clean-up
  • Non-Sunday Opportunities: Organization, Curriculum Prep, Busy Bags

  1. Express interest
  2. Undergo background check
  3. Shadow at least once
  4. Sign up for a Sunday service

TOYS

Toys brought from home are not allowed. To protect your investment, prevent conflicts and misunderstandings and keep children focused during teaching time children should not bring toys.

CELL PHONES

Cell phones are not allowed in children's church. Children cannot use phones as an alternative to prescribed Kingdom Kidz lessons or activities. Children are encouraged to use physical bibles, which LTWC provides. Children should not use cell phones to locate scriptures. As you can imagine it can make it difficult to keep their attention focused when cell phones are present.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

Our check-in system is used to message parents. If you are unreachable via the messaging system, the number on the security tag received during check-in will flash on the big screen. 
Should the need arise to discuss any of the above, one of our amazing volunteers is available to assist you or you are encouraged to attend our quarterly Parent/Volunteer meetings.
